Hon-Tanegashima

The brand Tabata or Hon-Tanegashima comes from a small but traditional forge from Japan. Strictly speaking, the forge is located on the island of Tanegashima in the south of Japan. So, south of Kagoshima City, high-quality but purist traditional Japanese knives are manufactured. The speciality in the product range of Tabata is the distinctive production of quality scissors.
